For reimbursement from your insurance company, it is recommended that you contact your provider directly to find out if they offer reimbursement for mental health from a registered counselor.  It is important to get specifics on the following:

     1) the number of sessions that are covered
     2) what percentage of fees are covered
     3) if a doctor's referral is needed
     4) what information is required in order to reimburse you directly

Another option to consider is a flexible spending account that may be offered by your employer.  In most instances, counseling fees are covered if you have a doctor's referral.  Check with your provider for additional information.

Please be aware that it is up to you to turn in receipts to your insurance company or flexible spending account provider.  I am not able to submit claims for you on your behalf, but I can gladly provide a receipt for each session.
